Morgan Hunt has an amazing opportunity for an Estates Learning & Development Adviser. The position will be based in Glasgow.

This is a 12 month contract based on site.


Job Purpose:

The post holder will provide key specialist support to stakeholders in terms of Learning and Development requirements.


In addition, the post holder will support the development of digital learning, working closely with content specialists to design and create e-learning materials.

Providing consultancy, advice and developing pedagogically sound solutions from a digital perspective.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, test and evaluate elearning/digital courses that are interactive, engaging and provide a compelling learner experience.
  • Provide pedagogic advice, guidance, encouragement and support regarding the design and construction of digital/elearning content.
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling content, using instructional graphics, web content and media as appropriate.
  • Experience of delivering learning and development events and activities, including group event facilitation, both in person and virtually
  • Ensure delivery of specific internal and external training to relevant staff and ensure records are maintained.
  • Manage and prioritise workload efficiently and effectively with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with partners within the organisation, covering various responsibilities
  • Provide additional support needs to staff as part of ongoing staff development plans

Experience & Qualifications:


  • Learning and Development CIPD Level 3 or above or equivalent or ability to demonstrate the competencies required to undertake the duties associated with this level of post having acquired the necessary experience, knowledge and skills in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of current best practice learning and development interventions
  • Ability to build relationships with learners, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders and suppliers for collaborative learning and working.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, with experience of using learning management systems and E-Learning interventions.
