Job Title:
SEN
Project-based tutor for 7 year old learner


Aim:

To support a learner with Project-based learning to catch up as have not been in school due to medical conditions.


Location:
At the learner's residence


Frequency: 3 hours a week in the day-time


Duration:
Ongoing


Extra information:
Learner has not been in school for while due to medical conditions. As well as his medical condition, he has ASD, SLD and ADHD.

He has a barrier towards specialist provision to the tutor would need to go in at a more 'social buddy' approach at first to break down the barriers and do some projects with them to help them learn in a different way to mainstream.

He needs consistency and routine as he has transition and separation issues to mum.
