Lettings Property Administrator


An exciting and varied role has become available for a Property Accounts Administrator with a long standing, independent Sales and Lettings business based in Harbrone.

You would be working in the accounts department with a team of administrators processingpayments and doing bank reconciliation.

Property Accounts Administrator Duties:


  • Processing invoices and payments.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Receipting rent payments.
  • Producing landlord statements
  • Management of the utilities for the buidling
  • Chasing debtors.
Accounts experience ideally but not Essential

  • Willingness and desire to learn the accounts function in a busy estate agency
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Team player & articulate
  • Quick thinker & customer focussed
  • Flexible working approach
  • Proactive & enthusiastic


This is a great opportunity for a detail orientated, organised Property Administrator with some accounts experience or looking to learn this area in detail.
