Reporting to the Business Manager, the Office Assistant Apprentice will be part of a small team dedicated to specifically leading on the office function of the foundation.
The Office Assistant Apprentice will be responsible for supporting and producing day to day information to aid the running of the Foundation.
Key Duties:
To provide an effective and efficient administrative service to the Foundation.
- To provide an efficient and courteous first point of contact to visitors and preparation and clearance of meeting rooms.
- To become an expert on Salesforce CRM database.
- Assist placing of orders for supplies and services and maintaining stock levels.
- Assist the transition of manual filing to electronic system.
- Responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Coordinate site visits for the Foundation.
- Support the organisation of events and meetings.
- Any other duties as requested.

- Motivated, selfstarter with the ability to work on own initiative and ability to manage and prioritise own workload

Training:
