Description
Overall responsibility for company fleet management, managing company IT assets, setup and basic support for office staff.

Aid the accounts team to manage periods of high transaction volumes and gain a broader understanding of the overall finance function with a view to growing into a more finance focused role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for small IT equipment asset management and administration, ensure new starters receive the correct equipment setup and help troubleshoot issues for new and existing users.
  • Ownership of Company vehicle fleet management, ensure all vehicles are taxed, insured and follow the scheduled service requirements.
  • Purchase invoice input and aiding to obtain approval where necessary.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Oversee office petty cash management.
  • Aid preparation of management information packs for directors.
  • General support to office staff.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Requirements:
  • An AAT Student or keen to do AAT.
  • Hunger to learn.
  • Able to demonstrate that finance is your intended career.
  • Team player and can do attitude.
  • Confident nature.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using Excel.
  • Competencies:
  • Develop networks and build internal and external relationships to encourage collaborative working.
  • Analysis and problem solving.
  • Has a continuous improvement mindset, implementing new and improved working practices.
  • Have a good understanding of general IT areas and Microsoft Office.
