Description
Overall responsibility for company fleet management, managing company IT assets, setup and basic support for office staff.Aid the accounts team to manage periods of high transaction volumes and gain a broader understanding of the overall finance function with a view to growing into a more finance focused role.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for small IT equipment asset management and administration, ensure new starters receive the correct equipment setup and help troubleshoot issues for new and existing users.
- Ownership of Company vehicle fleet management, ensure all vehicles are taxed, insured and follow the scheduled service requirements.
- Purchase invoice input and aiding to obtain approval where necessary.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Oversee office petty cash management.
- Aid preparation of management information packs for directors.
- General support to office staff.
- Requirements:
- An AAT Student or keen to do AAT.
- Hunger to learn.
- Able to demonstrate that finance is your intended career.
- Team player and can do attitude.
- Confident nature.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using Excel.
- Competencies:

- Analysis and problem solving.
- Has a continuous improvement mindset, implementing new and improved working practices.
- Have a good understanding of general IT areas and Microsoft Office.
