As a Telephone Consultant at Solar Service Solutions Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service right from their first interaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Call Management: Professionally handle incoming calls from potential customers and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently book appointments for our dynamic sales teams, ensuring the appointments align with both customer availability and sales team schedules.
  • CRM Usage: Use our CRM system to log customer information accurately and keep records up to date.
  • Customer Support: Provide basic information about our solar panel installation services, answer frequently asked questions, and assist customers with general inquiries.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and ensure they are promptly resolved, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain Professionalism: Uphold our company's high standards of professionalism and customer service, leaving a positive impression with every customer interaction.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
