Innovation Implementation Lead:

We are currently recruiting for an Innovation Implementation Lead to work with us in a national position to set standards and make our sites within Gather and Gather be the best version they can be. This is a new and exciting role which will involve managing a small team and working with our current people and clients to ensure our brand is bringing people and food together in an inspiring environment each and every day.

Location:
National position with good access to London required

Rate of pay:
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum + amazing benefits

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities:

Develop project plans and budgets and track progress
Recruit and manage a team of implementation specialists
Ensure projects occur on time and within budget
Generate excitement and present the value of changes to both our employees and clients
Create brand standards to roll our nationally
Work with team to roll out brand standards
Monitor consistency across the estate
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with client requirements
Resolve issues effectively
Have previous operational experience within contract catering, ideally B&I
Have project management experience
Have a passion for great food and coffee, an eye for detail and the ability to communicate with various stakeholders at every level
