As part of our development plans, we are seeking an experienced individual to oversee our administrative operations.


Job description
At BiKBBI, we owe our success to the efficiency of our organisational processes and procedures. To help maintain and grow this standard, we are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team.


The role of Team Leader will be best suited to someone with a strong business acumen, exceptional administration experience and a proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure office environment, in a supervisory administration role.


Essential experience

The role & responsibilities

  • Growth of team operational capability through the delivery of robust operational processes and procedures.
  • Improving the efficiency of existing organisational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organisation's internal capacity.
  • Maintaining effective communication with senior management, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure effective operations of the organisation.
  • Developing operational reporting platform.
  • Implementing measurable objectives with the operations team to increase management and team visibility of performance.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners, in collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Communications.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols.
  • Ensuring operational activities are delivered in a timely and costefficient manner.
  • Undertaking line management duties for operations team including basic HR functions such as rotas, annual leave requests, and performance reviews as well as managing recruitment of new employees as required.
  • Working closely with property, legal and safety partners to make sure Head Office function remains compliant.
  • Overseeing day to day office management including materials and inventory management.
  • Exploring opportunities to increase revenue in conjunction with other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of internal and external events, including our annual conference and awards programme.

Skills and Qualifications

  • GCSE (or equivalent) qualification in English and Mathematics.
  • A minimum of two years proven experience in a team leader/supervisory role, specifically within an office / administrative environment.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to delegate whilst maintaining organisational control of Head Office operations and customer service levels.
Confidence in conflict management and business negotiation processe


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,200.00-£29,750.00 per year
