Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive relationships with students and act as a role model.
  • Use a range of behaviour management strategies to support students in managing their behaviour.
  • Implement personalised behaviour plans and interventions.
  • Provide regular feedback to teaching staff and parents/carers on student progress

Requirements:


  • Experience working with students related conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A relevant qualification or willingness to work towards one (e.g. CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools)

Pay:
£90.00-£105.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Work Location:
One location
