We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Marketplace function, to take responsibility for managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform for the Kingfisher Marketplace, used to manage merchant acquisitions and relations across multiple markets.


What's the job?:

  • Create and manage user accounts, import and export data, configure workflows, create reports and dashboards and customise the platform to meet Kingfisher's specific needs
  • Ensure the security of the Salesforce platform managing roles, profiles, and permissions to keep data confidential and secure
  • Collaborate with retail banners (including B&Q, Castorama and Brico Depot) to understand their unique processes and requirements, provide training and support to users, and customise the platform to meet their needs
  • Moderate Kingfisher's relationship with its Salesforce Partner agency, coordinating with the agency to ensure that any customisations or integrations are implemented smoothly and effectively
  • Leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to achieve the company's business objectives and drive growth

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrable, practical experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in the home improvement industry (or similar)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflows, data management, security, and reporting
  • Proven Experience with Salesforce Lightning Products (Sales, Service, and CRM Analytics)
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams
