As we expand our reach, we're seeking a dynamic Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and position specifications.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews, assessments, and other selection processes.
  • Stay informed about construction industry trends, projects, and talent pools.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Resultsdriven mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.

£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
