Description

Lion and Leinster Investments Ltd are seeking an experienced construction estimator who is willing to travel to sites in Surrey and the South East.


This would suit an individual who has building and construction experience from simple building repairs to large extensions and loft conversions.

We are only seeking a reliable flexible individual with an excellent work ethics and tremendous attention to detail.

Although not essential it would be an added benefit if you are an active builder seeking extra building projects.

This vacancy is on a self-employed basis and paid at an agreed daily rate.

Salary:
£100.00-£200.00 per day


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • South East: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- estimating: 3 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
