ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Using the computerised work control system, purchase order, receive and issue goods and material.

Experience on Sage 200 and Sage 50, but not essential ,training will be given.

Carry out regular stock-takes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of stock information.

Count inventory with excellent accuracy and work with accounts and production to maintain supply.

Provide periodic reports relating to receipts, and stock value, liaise with management.

Progress orders and warranty returns to ensure work completion deadlines are met.

Organise the return of spare parts to the manufacturer for repair or warranty.

Taking control of two small warehouses with the delivery of pallets and boxes from suppliers using forklift truck

Organising warehouses for goods in and out loading vans in preparation of deliveries

Ensuring warehouses are kept immaculately tidy and ensuring all goods are stored safely.

Responsibility for technician's installation stock and fittings are kept at optimum levels.

Maintain H&S standards. To maintain a high standard of order and cleanliness and tidy work environment

Follow operational policies, procedures, and standards.
