Sales Executive,based in
Reading who will be responsible to deliver sales against structured revenue targets and ensure all customers enjoy a market leading travel experience

What you'll do...

Secure bookings for Kings Ferry and NXTS private hires
Liaise with new and existing customers on a daily basis in order to maximise revenue
Achieve sales targets
Develop strong customer relationships to ensure customers are open to trying our services
Nurture customer relationships to help drive repeat usage/upsell additional services and secure contracts
Provide prompt customer quotations.
Process bookings & payments.
Responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders along the way.
Responsible for answering customer calls efficiently and effectively and completing outbound calls as part of business as usual and as part of specific outbound call campaigns.

What you will need...

Demonstrable track record of impressive sales results
Experience of achieving challenging sales targets
Competitive, determined and resilient
Ability to develop high levels of rapport with customers in order to drive sales through service
Experience of following a structured telephone sales process
Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
Capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines

- ideally experience within the travel/holidays industry.
