Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time (37.5 hours) Facilities Monitoring Officer to join the Estates & Facilities team at West Middlesex University Hospital an acute NHS hospital in Isleworth, West London, operated by Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will be a key member of the Facilities Team and will be part of a team responsible for the assessment, recording and monitoring of the operational delivery standards across a number of Facilities Services functions, predominantly Catering; Cleaning; Linen & Laundry; Servicedesk; Portering; Pest Control; Waste disposal and recycling; Security and Transport.

Including the fabric and maintenance of the building, in a variety of environments, including clinical areas, ensuring that accurately and fairly reporting against the standards laid down in relevant policies, procedures and legislation.

The post holder may be required to work Trust-wide between West Middlesex University Hospital and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
