The Company
Our client is a leading provider of refurbished IT Hardware, primarily server, storage and networking equipment. They aim to provide sustainable and suitable solutions to customers big and small across the globe.

One of the fastest growing firms in the Techsector, grown 30% YOY growth over the last 3 year and are looking to continue this growth by adding your valuable skills to their team and appoint an Account Manager.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming phone enquiries about stock pricing and availability
  • Communicating frequently with previous and potential customers
- keep up to date with industry knowledge

  • Undertake training and education to familiarise yourself with our products and systems
  • Provide information and guidance to customers to close sales
  • Organise meetings with existing and potential customers
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure orders taken are in stock, tested, and shipped correctly
  • Maintaining the CRM in a timely manner
  • Communicating with and giving feedback to colleagues
  • Attending industry roadshows
  • Developing and managing your own Sales figures monthly
  • Maintaining good relationships with team colleagues and managers
  • Pick up the phone and be proactive in contacting clients.
  • Follow up on referrals
  • Office Based for the first few months for Training then Hybrid

Benefits Package:


  • 3050k depending on experience
  • 22 days holiday rising by 1 day per calendar year service to a maximum of 27 days + Bank Holidays
