Our client is looking for an Interim Organisation Design Lead, (home based), to support the CPO and People and Culture Director in the delivery of a fit for future target operating model and the management of the people impact change.

This is an exciting role for an OD expert with some key responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management of all the people impact changes resulting from the new fit for future target operating model. This includes the governance and reporting arrangements.
  • Support the CPO and P&C Director with the new organisational structure. This will include supporting with job design, writing job description and staff mapping.
  • Ensure that the CPO and P&C Director are kept informed of any risks or issues that could impact on the delivery of people impact changes.
  • To act as a liaison, point for business leaders and provide regular updates to the executive leadership team and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure that there is consistently high level of engagement and twoway communication throughout the life cycle of the change programme and in particular during periods of sensitive change.
  • Provide advice and manage employment law issues that relate to the change.
Whilst this is a home based role there will be very occasional travel to London for senior stakeholder meetings.
