Description

• Provide all aspects of Health & Safety support and advice to our clients.
• Responsible for daytoday health and safety management for a variety of clients around the Birmingham, Leicester, Northampton, Nottingham locations
• Design, develop, implement, review and manage our Health & Safety Management Systems
• Proactive management of workload and our clients' expectations
• Delivering a high level of customer service.

• NEBOSH General Certificate or higher
• Minimum 3 years hands on experience in Health & Safety management
• Experience of writing, and managing, Health & Safety Management Systems
• Familiarity of ISO45001 standard
• A clean driving license, your own car and flexibility for regular travel is a key requirement
• Ability to work alone, as well as within a client's team and work within a team of colleagues and managers
• Confident in working with people of all levels
• Strong communicator with a friendly, polite disposition
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
• Good attention to detail with great organisational and record keeping skills. Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Computer literate especially working to a good level with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Adaptable and cooperative to changing circumstances
• Demonstrable achievements and continuous improvements in previous roles
• Chaired Health & Safety monthly committees in previous role(s)
• To be people focussed with great communication
