Are you an Account Director looking for a new role with an established, but growing agency? We are working with an independent integrated creative agency based in Nottinghamshire (hybrid), this is a great opportunity where you can strategically lead andmanage multiple projects and campaigns from start to finish whilst nurturing client relationships and being an instrumental part of the growth of the next chapter of this high regarded agency.

Excellent relationship management skills, ambition and expertisein managing all-channel campaigns are a must. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a salary of £48k-£55k DOE.

The Company


We are partnering exclusively with this independent brand and integrated agency that prides itself on its customer experience and whose clients are household name brands and retailers.

They are in a period of exciting growth and have just taken on a veryexciting new client that will be the key client managed by the new Account Director.

They put customer experience at the heart and believe in collaboration across client relationships and working hand in hand with other agency partners to ensure that eachcampaign is a success.


The Role


As Account Director you will be strategically leading and managing the relationships with a key client account and external agencies, so you need to be adept at managing successful relationships with key client stakeholders and growing and nurturing clientrelationships.

You will be responsible for driving and executing projects from ideation to delivery so you will be a first class project manager who can see the big picture commercially and have ambition to grow with the company.


About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:

  • Skilled in successfully managing delivery of projects from start to finish across the full marketing mix
  • Strong organisation skills and able to spin lots of plates
  • Integrated experience, able to lead and manage big campaigns
  • A creative individual with a growth mindset
  • Ability to nurture relationships and give the highest quality client service
  • Exceptional experience across marketing and communication disciplines and knowledge of digital production
  • Ideally retail industry experience
  • Experience of leading teams
  • Strategic thinker
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic


This role is based just outside Nottingham and will be 3 days a week in their beautiful offices where there is free parking.
