Working as part of our Transformation team, and reporting to the Process Architect, this is an outstanding opportunity to help shape and design the future of green Electricity Transmission (ET).


Key Accountabilities:


You'll be in a highly influential position building strong relationships across the whole of Electricity Transmission, Senior Leadership teams and the Executive - to identify performance issues across the end to end processes and examining all aspects of the delivery system to target intervention or need for large scale re-imagination.

You'll lead and drive strategic initiatives, coaching and supporting process owners on increasing performance and process capability by building the alignment between capability, technology, systems, data and organisation design.


About You:


Project and change management methods to ensure on-time delivery and achievement of planned outcomes would also be highly regarded, such as Lean or Six-sigma black belt level, or Project Management accreditation e.g PRINCE2 / APM.

This position will involve occasional travel to our operational sites, therefore a driver is essential.

A competitive salary of £54,000 - £60,000 (dependant on experience).

We offer a hybrid and flexible working approach, a mix of office working in our Warwick office (c 1-2 days per week) and the rest home working.

We can also offer some flexibility in terms of hours / times if required. Our standard working week is 37 hours.
