This is a great opportunity to join the FMCG retail arm of a magnificent country estate.
They are looking for an experienced eCommerce Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving growth and sales within this side of the business.
What you'll be doing?
As the eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy with a real focus on acquisition, retention and conversion in order to generate sales and drive growth within their customer base.
With the help of a small team, you will work across all marketing channels and have ownership of the marketing budget to identify key opportunities and create engaging campaigns in order to drive footfall to the eCommerce website and grow the active customerbased as well as improving customer lifetime value.
You will lead market research and provide insights into further business development and market expansion whilst coordinating customer experience. You will champion the development of the front-end functionality of the website.What experience you'll need to apply?:
- Proven experience in a marketing position within an eCommerce business
- Good strategic and budget management experience
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Knowledge across all areas of digital marketing
- Demonstratable ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, working proactively with multiple colleagues
- Good commercial acumen
- An analytical mindset being able to analyse and report against key KPIs
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise and adapt and a collaborative nature
