About Our Client:


My client are a UK leading independent law firm that have just opened their 3rd office in Leeds City Centre Due to recent successes, they are looking to appoint a Receptionist to join their growing company.

My client are reputable for their great working environment and endless progression opportunities

The duties of the Receptionist will include:

  • Creating a Welcoming environment
  • Arriving Client/External guest on our System
  • Escorting clients to meeting rooms, engaging in conversation
  • Regularly checking all meeting rooms are clean and tidy
  • Ensuring meeting changeover is done in a timely manner
  • Stocking meeting room stationery
  • Logging any housekeeping issues e.g. light out, spillage, breakages etc. via the helpdesk portal (chasing/closing jobs)
  • Liaising and create good working relationships with all relevant departments

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Receptionist will have/ be:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written/ verbal)
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient on MS Packages (Word/ Excel/ Outlook)
  • Great attention to detail

What's on Offer:

Upto 25k Salary (DOE) + Immediate start + Monday - Friday hours + excellent progression opportunities
