What your role will entail:
- Undertake clinical assessments for customers who are making a claim for Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
- Observing and reporting on an individual's ability to carry out activities
- Analysing and interpreting clinical information and supporting evidence
- Creating three comprehensive 3,0004,000word reports of the evidence gathered for each customer, each day
- Ensuring enough detail, evidence and justification are given to support the DfC in making decisions
- Developing your clinical knowledge and learning about the health conditions which are less familiar to you.
- Take ownership of any feedback to aid own personal and professional development.

- A competitive basic salary of £35,000, rising to £36,000 (Pro rata) upon achieving departmentapproved status, with potential quality bonus

Requirements:
- Two year of postregistration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, pharmacist, speech and language therapist, or paramedic
- Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC or other), without restriction or conditions and with a valid PIN
- Excellent observational and communication skills, giving you the ability to listen, empathise and dig deeper
