GRADUATE OPPORTUNITY:
Financial Services Administrator

  • We are now looking to recruit an Administrator to join our support team._
  • As a key part of this small office team you will be highly efficient, organised, and be able to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly. You will have a 'handson' approach and not be afraid to get on with the task in hand._
  • As a small firm, there is significant scope for development to paraplanner and/or financial adviser along with subsidised examinations and training._
  • Key responsibilities include:_
  • Client Support including:_
  • Preparing documentation for Client meetings_
  • Booking appointments and scheduling meetings_
  • Production of client valuations and preparation of review packs_
  • Client liaison_
  • Updating presentation data; including Client and marketing data_
  • Liaising with 3rd party providers and professional connections_
  • Providing proactive diary management for the Financial Adviser/Business Owner_
  • Coordinating and managing travel arrangements for the Financial Adviser/Business Owner_
  • Office Administration including:_
  • Coordinating office procedures_
  • Managing Client refreshments_
  • Managing incoming telephone communications_
  • Ensuring that the administration elements of the business are run in a responsible and efficient manner_
  • Coordinating and implementing business projects to support business development and growth_
  • Role Requirements:_
  • Experience gained from working for a firm of Financial Advisers is desirable but not essential_
  • You will be IT literate_
  • You will have excellent organisational skills with very good attention to detail_

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
