About the role:


  • As an R & D Category Assistant at Reckitt, you will thrive in our fastpaced environment alongside a team of expert scientists dedicated to ensuring product safety and efficacy. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in supporting technical dossier management and analytical lab compliance. Accountable and responsible for the daytoday execution of analytical and support related tasks relating to the Local Heroes category team workload or Analytical laboratory, as defined by the Local Heroes team Associate/Senior Associate or Analytical Laboratory Manager/Deputy.

Your responsibilities:


  • Day to day execution of analytical testing in conformance with all relevant safety and quality requirements.
  • Understands and contributes to appropriate key performance indicators.
  • Continuous improvement activities within their section.
  • Execution of any reasonable request from their line manager.
  • Challenging and passionate about Quality, taking responsibility and ownership for compliant processes that continually improve.
  • To communicate issues effectively and appropriately to ensure timely resolution with all relevant parties whilst maintaining the positive image of RB and the Local Heroes team.

The experience we're looking for:


  • Experience of working within an analytical laboratory environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of HPLC
  • Demonstrable skills in working within a multilevel team environment.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a team of people.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High level of accuracy in working practices with close attention to detail.
