Product Support EngineerCambridge / UK Remote
£28k-£40k
Please note this is not an IT Support position and are not looking for someone with an IT Support background.
This is technical product support and are looking for someone with previous product support experience, or a STEM / Computer Science graduate.
The Role:
- Provide Technical Support to global customers
- Inhouse and Remote customer training on the products
- Answer technical questions on the products
- Become a Subject Manner Expert on key areas of the range of products
- Assist clients with the product interface
What are we looking for?
- Strong technical mindset
- Previous experience supporting a technical product or software is essential for this role (unless a STEM / Computer Science graduate)
- Excellent people skills (This role is a customer facing position, so a high level of English and people skills are required)
- Strong problem solver
- Due to the technical nature of the product, a strong educational background is required
