Full-Time Receptionist / Administrator


Company Overview:

Set up in 2015, Student Housing has grown to become one of the largest student letting agents in Lincoln offering a full management service.

Due to company growth, we are seeking a capable and organised individual to join our team as a Full-Time Receptionist / Administrator.

This position offers the opportunity to be an integral part of our company's operations and contribute to its continued success.


Diary Management:
Organise and manage the diaries of the property managers to optimise their schedules and maximise productivity.


Financial Administration:

Assisting the financial controller; Accurately process receipts and invoices, ensuring that financial transactions are recorded efficiently and effectively.

Invoice Generation:
Prepare invoices for clients and ensure accuracy in billing information.


Client Communication:


On-Site Support:
Provide on-site support to other staff members and clients when necessary, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.


Administrative Support:


Data Entry:
Accurately input data into relevant systems and databases. Processing property certificates and documents to the database.

Document Handling:
Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism.


Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Prior experience in office administration and customer relations.

Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and tasks.

Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and accurate information to clients and colleagues.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite).

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise in day-to-day tasks.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and administrative tasks.


Benefits:


  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Fulltime position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 4 Saturdays a year.
