My client is a brokerage based in central London. They are looking to hire a head of Compliance monitoring and assurance.

This is an exciting period in the companies growth.

with some new senior leaders in place, they are looking for a replacement compliance monitoring expert to join their team.

You will be responsible for managing monitoring, testing, and assurance.

Ideally, they are looking for a strong monitoring VP to take the step up into a management and strategic role.

You will be managing a small team and also being hands on in some reviews.

You must be working at an Investment bank or a brokerage with a minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance.

You will be joining an excellent senior management team with an extremely experienced Head of Compliance.

The salary on offer is circa £130,000 on the base plus excellent bonuses pension and benefits.
