We are now looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team.

The key focus of this role is to provide support to the Belzona UK Distributorship with all customer service enquiries, as well as inbound and outbound logistics.

The role is the first point of contact for customers and the UK Field Sales team, handling a wide range of incoming enquiries in relation to but not limited to, pricing, quotations, orders, and queries.

Person Specification

Essential Skills:

A positive cando attitude
The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to present information in a clear and concise format
Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Experience of using Microsoft Office
The ability to build rapport and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Good personal organisation with high attention to detail
The ability to multitask
Team player yet self

- motivated with the ability to work on own initiative

Desirable skills:

Experience of dealing with complex queries and/or complaints
Have a handson problemsolving approach
Knowledge and experience of dealing with UK logistics
Customer service experience in an industrial sector

Belzona UK Ltd is an authorised Distributor of Belzona products in the United Kingdom. This position will be working within our Wrexham office whilst we develop a brand-new facility based in Hawarden (Flintshire). Our current Wrexham based team will also relocate the new facility when completed summer/ autumn 2023.
