Reporting to the Airside Duty Manager. You will be responsible for allocating resources to fulfil our service standards for our Customer Airlines. You will ensure that our ground handling is delivered safely, on time and consistently in line with service level standards set for both on time and station performance. To influence and facilitate the consistent delivery of a "World Class" product to our Airline Customers.

  • Lead from the front and mentor
  • Cleaning of Aircraft Interiors to including deep cleaning, turnaround cleaning and intermediate cleaning.
  • Loading and unloading of blankets pillows to/from aircraft.
  • Management of stock and make up of Aircraft kits.
  • Residual disinsections.
  • Flight deck technical cleaning.
  • External Washing.
  • Aircraft carpet fit out/cleaning
  • Assist Controller, DM's & Management in ensuring the workplace is a safe environment to work.


  • Additional duties

  • From time to time you will be expected to carry out duties as and when requested by a manager which are related to the services offered by this company, particularly during busy periods, foul weather conditions or to assist our customers at short notice
  • Deicing Duties.
  • Loading and unloading Aircraft
  • Airside driving
  • Use Ipad's or tablets if product dictates.
  • Use radios at all times for communication.
  • Embrace change of airline procedures.
  • Detailed written reports for delays or any safety incident while in charge of a flight.
  • Aircraft push back and all associated functions.
  • All general aircraft handling services.
  • Working in the Baggage Hall if required.
  • Any projects as set by Senior Management

  • Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
  • Fully understand the company health and safety policy.
  • Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.
  • Engage with MORSE and follow our code principles.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Good verbal communication.
  • A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history.
  • Valid Passport
  • Proof of National Insurance
  • Proof of address
  • Full and valid UK Driving Licence
  • Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance
