What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting the Engineering Capability Delivery within Land UK
  • Munitions
  • Provide the inputs to assist the Capability Delivery Manager to generate the strategic resource and capability development plan for Land UK.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of Engineering procedures
  • Embed continuous improvement procedures within Engineering
  • Lead knowledge sharing activities within an ever changing Engineering environment
  • Support and carry out audits as required

Your skills and experiences:
Essential:


  • Experience of delivering Continuous improvement activities across Engineering projects
  • Experience of working with stakeholders across multiple functions and grade structures, and facilitating/influencing decision making at these levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail.

Desirable:


  • Green belt in Continuous Improvement
  • Experience of Working in an Engineering Environment
  • Awareness of Knowledge Capture and Transfer tools and procedures
