Last year, they spent several millions of pounds on improving technological tools and platforms to afford their lawyers greater agility and connectivity.

A large number of their practices sit within the top tiers of the legal directories and the firm's management board continues to make strategic hires to strengthen their foothold across all of their office locations.

The role:

Due to continued expansion, this practice is looking to welcome a Corporate Private Equity Associate 2 years PQE to bolster their Bristol team.

This hire will have a focus on private equity transactions, primarily for the buyer side, for a number of leading UK Private Equity houses and their portfolio companies.

The work will include bolt-on and buy-and-build M&A as part of PE-backed investment propositions, often with an international element to it.

They have a client base of repeat acquirers, whilst also looking to expand their portfolio which means there is lots of business development to get involved in and the chance to build your own name in this space.

Corporate Associate 2 years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
Strong sense of commerciality and a demonstrable sector interest/focus
Prior exposure to bigticket M&A/private equity work
