- Relevant industry accreditations and qualifications such as Education and Training Level 3 or equivalent.
- Previous coaching and teaching experience to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related systems.
- Strong administrative, recordkeeping, and reportwriting skills.
- Excellent written communication skills to deliver clear and concise training materials.
- Ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences.
- A natural curiosity and drive for personal skill and knowledge enhancement.
- Approachable, engaging, and authentic communication style.
- Desirable: Experience as a Use of Force, First Aid, or H&S instructor.
