Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a fastpaced, autonomous, and remote work environment within a team structure.
  • Relevant industry accreditations and qualifications such as Education and Training Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Previous coaching and teaching experience to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related systems.
  • Strong administrative, recordkeeping, and reportwriting skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills to deliver clear and concise training materials.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences.
  • A natural curiosity and drive for personal skill and knowledge enhancement.
  • Approachable, engaging, and authentic communication style.
  • Desirable: Experience as a Use of Force, First Aid, or H&S instructor.
