Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Calling businesses to promote the company's products and services
• Hitting achievable call targets set
• Develop and maintain a database
• Manage an existing client base
• Build relationships with existing and new customers

• Have an interest to learn a skill about HR, Employment Law and the whole Health & Safety industry
• Keeping it professional and also capable of speaking to potential clients over the phone.
• Able to build great relationships with Directors and business owners in order to achieve targets

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• A track record working in a Telesales environment would be ideal but not essential
• You must be confident with an excellent phone manner
• Happy making outbound calls and keeping all calls professional

£20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
