Description

Our client, a well-known bank, are going through a financial system transformation to Oracle and are looking to hire a communications professional to lead on the strategy and delivery of project communications.

This role would be perfect for someone with extensive experience delivering large scale system change transformation projects in a regulated environment.

It would be a huge bonus if you have exposure to banking, external project comms, training comms or Oracle.

Day Rate:
£500 - £600 a day via umbrella (flex)

Location:
Bristol (Hybrid)

Length:
Project to last for 12 months+, initial 4 months

We're looking for:

Change transformation communications experience in a regulated environment
Ability to build strategy as well as deliver communications
Innovative thinker
Ability to build relationships and create content with senior stakeholders like podcasts, videos etc.
Knowledge of the Banking Sector
Track record of working as part of a change team
Ability to work on comms for the project team, comms for the key users, wider colleague base and external vendors
Ability to drive cultural change
Ability to work with stakeholders like Finance Directors and Accountants who can be adverse to change
Track record with working with trainers / sending out engaging training comms
Ideally, external communications experience to deliver change comms to external partners and vendors who are impacted (nonessential but huge bonus)
Ideally, financial system transformation experience (nonessential)
Knowledge of Oracle a big bonus (nonessential)
