Job Title:
Real Estate Associate (3-7 PQE)


Salary:
£100,000 - £130,000


Location:
London, UK


Our client, an award-winning international law firm, is actively seeking a motivated and talented Real Estate Associate with 3 to 7 years' PQE to join their highly regarded team in London.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold management, property finance, and property development.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and interpreting contracts, leases, and other related legal documents.
  • Conducting rigorous due diligence investigations.
  • Collaborating effectively with partners, other associates, and clients on large transactions.
  • Delivering highquality and clientfocused legal advice to a diverse range of clients, which includes toptier institutional investors, commercial landlords, high net worth individuals, and developers.

Qualifications:


  • A qualified Solicitor with 37 years PQE, specializing in real estate law.
  • Prior experience at a recognized real estate practice within a toptier law firm.
  • Robust drafting skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships.
  • An ambitious, proactive, and committed individual eager to contribute to the growth of our team and the wider firm.

Salary:
£100,000.00-£130,000.00 per year
