Administrator - Birmingham - £23k - £25k + benefits
Our client is a well-established Architectural Company based in Birmingham. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join their team as Administrator. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our clients office operations.

You will provide essential administrative assistance to various departments within the company, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with daytoday administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, inputting data with precision and attention to detail. Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the tidiness and functionality of office facilities. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Effectively manage calendars for key team members, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as necessary. Remind stakeholders of upcoming commitments and deadlines.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, handling them promptly and professionally.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing projects, assisting with research, coordination, and documentation as directed by project managers or team leads.
  • Work closely with colleagues across different departments, offering administrative assistance and fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar capacity.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
