We are currently partnering with a highly regarded Investment Management & Financial Planning organisation based in Rickmansworth to recruit for a Financial Planning Assistant.
This role is flexible and offers hybrid working with up to two days each week working from home.

As a Financial Planning Assistant at our client's Berkhamsted office, you will provide crucial support to the Financial Planners on a daily basis.
This role would suit either an experienced Financial Planning Administrator who is seeking a new challenge within a similar role, or a Junior Financial Planning Administrator who's seeking to take the next step in their career, by joining a leading business which offers excellent progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete presale administration tasks, including adding clients' information to the intelligent office database and creating/updating wealth reports.
- Prepare and gather information such as Letter of Authorities (LOAs) and policy information checklists.
- Undertake meeting preparation and present information to advisers in readiness for client meetings.
- Assist with basic report writing, which may involve fund switches, reviews, new money, etc.
- Conduct basic research using tools such as FE, Defaqto, and Cashcalc.
- Maintain client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide support to specialist paraplanners with investment strategy administration when required.
