We are currently partnering with a highly regarded Investment Management & Financial Planning organisation based in Rickmansworth to recruit for a Financial Planning Assistant.

This role is flexible and offers hybrid working with up to two days each week working from home.

As a Financial Planning Assistant at our client's Berkhamsted office, you will provide crucial support to the Financial Planners on a daily basis.

This role would suit either an experienced Financial Planning Administrator who is seeking a new challenge within a similar role, or a Junior Financial Planning Administrator who's seeking to take the next step in their career, by joining a leading business which offers excellent progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete presale administration tasks, including adding clients' information to the intelligent office database and creating/updating wealth reports.
Prepare and gather information such as Letter of Authorities (LOAs) and policy information checklists.
Undertake meeting preparation and present information to advisers in readiness for client meetings.
Assist with basic report writing, which may involve fund switches, reviews, new money, etc.
Conduct basic research using tools such as FE, Defaqto, and Cashcalc.
Maintain client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide support to specialist paraplanners with investment strategy administration when required.
