Kitchen Porter
5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair.
Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.
We are currently looking for aKitchen Porter to join back of house team.

The responsibilities of the
Kitchen Porter are:
- Assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen production areas.
- Washing dishes manually and by using the dishwasher.
- Maintaining the kitchen work areas in accordance with Food Safety regulations.
Kitchen Porter are:
Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club in a similar role is advantageous
Flexibility with hours and days
The working hours:
- Shifts are 9 hours between Monday
- Sunday and within a 24h period on a rota basis.
The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
