Job Overview
Fintelligent have partnered with a PE backed £70m + t/o retail business with significant growth aspirations.

Our client is therefore looking for a qualified FP&A Analyst to actively support the Senior Management Team with the preparation of management accounts,data interpretation and analysis.

The role will be based in the Head Office in South Manchester, however there will be flexibility for hybrid working.


Main Duties

  • Preparation of board pack inputs and interpretation of the results
  • Managing weekly flash reporting and communicating to nonfinance
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Identify both opportunities and risks through financial modelling and analysis
  • Analyse KPI's with reference to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin
  • Cashflow analysis and forecasting
  • Supporting new and arising projects
  • Site by site profitability and market analysis

Person Specification

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
  • Exposure to Private Equity is highly desirable
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Strong Excel skills
