Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with the delivery of essential maintenance and cleaning duties within the home, you'll ensure that high standards of cleanliness, an efficient service and Health and Safety compliance are maintained at all times.
  • With a good understanding of health and safety, you'll be skilled in routine maintenance activities and comfortable with keeping written records, such as record books or incident report sheets. An excellent team player, you'll be able to build positive relationships with colleagues and be comfortable interacting with residents, showing empathy and an understanding of their needs.

  • This role does involve some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid.
