A leading international 4-star Hotel located in Wembley, West London are looking for a Reception Manager or Front of House Manager for a fantastic career opportunity.

We are ideally seeking an experienced Reception Manager, Reception Supervisor or Front of House Duty Manager with previous experience managing a small to mid-size team of receptionists.

Desirable

Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
Previous experience in a similar Reception Manager, Reception Supervisor or Front of House Manager role in a mid or large hotel.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to your work
A high level of both written and spoken English
Experience of Opera PMS or similar systems.
Dedicated, passionate and customer and service quality focused
