    Job Description

    We are seeking a Legal Counsel (m/f/d) - UK, based in Burton.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Advise our UK companies on all legal matters, focusing on general commercial matters and contracts.
    • Review, draft, and negotiate national and international sales, purchasing, service, and supply chain contracts with partners.
    • Provide legal support for cross-border matters and contracts across European subsidiaries, primarily under UK law.
    • Support the integration of subsidiaries into our business structure.
    • Represent the legal interests of UK group companies externally.
    • Support the Icertis Contracting System and Vendor Background System Diligent.

    Requirements

    • Law degree and qualified as a solicitor in the UK with relevant experience from a law firm or department.
    • Profound knowledge of UK contract law, commercial law, and corporate law.
    • Experience with supply chain/vendor agreements and cross-border matters.
    • Excellent analytical skills, judgement, assertiveness, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong communication skills and intercultural sensitivity in an international environment.
    • Hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
