Project Administrator

Position Overview:

Multimatic is a global automotive supply company providing hardware and engineering services to OEMs around the world.


To provide support to the Programme Management Department and Project Managers with various administration tasks to ensure all project documentation is kept up to date.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Keep overall project list up to date with latest project information.
  • Support Project Managers in ensure project reports (including executive summary slide pack) are up to date, accurate and issued on time.
  • Track gate review schedule and support Project Managers in ensuring reviews are held on time. Issue minutes as required.
  • Create and maintain Bill of Materials (B.O.M'S) for traceability of components towards successful project completion.
  • Support quote process by helping Project Managers obtain the relevant inputs so quotes can be generated. Support quote approval process.
  • Track and expedite project hardware for on time delivery
  • Support risk identification and mitigation
  • Maintain project folder with relevant files
  • Generate project financial reports for review
  • General admin support as required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:


  • Some knowledge of Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to understand engineering drawings.
  • Good communication and professional presentation skills.
  • Able to work at pace & multitask / prioritise workloads.
  • Capable of organising and managing priorities.
  • Computer literate, with advanced MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills/abilities, MS Project expertise preferred.
