Alexander Lloyd are thrilled to be supporting an expanding and widely recognisable Insurance Broker on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits professional.


As the Employee Benefits Support Team Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of around 7-10 employees and accountable for the day to day running of the division.

This will include maintaining the highest possible performance within the team,providing training and guidance when necessary and performing appraisals and one to ones.

Strong knowledge across a range of Employee Benefits arrangements will be essential in this position.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join an incredibly successful organisation and play a pivotal role helping the business continue to deliver the best possible service to their clients.

You will be required to attend the office based near to B15 1PQ twoto three times per week and you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 DOE with benefits on top.
