Description

Groundworker required for Birmingham to work on a large social housing contract.

You will work on tenanted properties across Birmingham and surrounding areas a van will be supplied for business use only.
The hours will be 40 hours per week and the potential to go permanent for the correct person.

Reactive repairs
Social Housing
All aspects of Groundworks
Handyman experience would be beneficial

Requirements;

CSCS Card
Drivers Licence
Asbestos awareness
DBS required
NVQ qualification in Groundworks
only (machine tickets or any other NVQ
not accepted)
Reference to support trade
Tools and full PPE

Job Types:
Temporary, Full-time

Salary:
£19.29 per hour
