Do you have previous experience within a credit controller role?

Duties of the role:


  • Process outstanding invoices
  • Resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Provide assistance to the overall Credit Control function when necessary
  • Manage own customer account base
  • Manage own administration, manage volume live accounts, work as a team to reduce average debtor days.
  • Escalate any issues to the appropriate Credit Control Supervisor or Group Credit Manager
  • Recent and relevant Credit Control experience
  • SAP system experience could be an advantage, but is not essential
  • Ability to prioritise work to deadlines and manage time efficiently
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise, manage time, and use initiative
  • The ability to work successfully in a busy processdriven environment

Working hours:


  • 08: , Monday to Friday
- £ £12.30 per hour
