Job Title:
Head of HR Services

Location:
Buckinghamshire / hybrid

Salary:
up to £125,000pa + bonuses
We are partnered with a large commercial services company seeking a Head of HR Services.

Please note, you will only be considered for this position if you have extensive experience in a HR Services environment.

Responsibilities:

Managing a team of 35 +
Maintaining HR data quality
Responsibility for continual review, digitalisation and streamlining of HR/Payroll business processes
Administrating the relationship between Payroll and HR operating systems
Facilitating new technology implementation.

Skills required:

CIPD/CIPP
Relevant service delivery experience
Knowledge of HR Systems and Payroll processes
Focus on process management
Stakeholder management
A record of implementing technologybased changes and process improvements
