Educated to either Level 5-6 NVQ/Diploma, or holding a degree level qualification in Health and Safety, a minimum of Graduate membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) is essential for this position.

You'll possess strong knowledge of health and safety management systems including auditing processes and as an experienced health and safety professional you'll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.

You will have excellent communication and presentation skills and be experienced in the delivery of health and safety training whilst also being comfortable in supporting teams with complex health and safety issues, across a wide range of Health and Safety topics.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy.

You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a health and safety team.

You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
