Job Summary :
Supporting the running of the school and requires you person to be flexible and hands-on at all times.


To provide an effective caretaking/building/grounds/fixtures maintenance service, to assist and deputise for Site Manager in all aspects of school caretaking, maintenance, cleaning and security.


Key Working Relationships:
The role involves contact with all members of the school community and visiting groups.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain of school premises, keeping them clean, safe, and wellmaintained.
  • Oversee safety protocols and handle any emergencies that arise.
  • Manage maintenance tasks and collaborate with contractors when needed.
  • Support school events by arranging setups and logistics.
  • Keep inventory of supplies and ensure their availability.

Qualifications:


NEBOSH and/or IOSH is highly desirable

  • Previous premises management or caretaking experience.
  • Basic maintenance skills and knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Flexible schedule for occasional evening or weekend work.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year
